Suisun Wedding Show (Making all your Dreams Come True)

We got to work with Debbie with Do Me a Favor Weddings and Special Events at this wedding show. It was called Making All Your Dreams Come True and was in Suisun, Ca. It was so fun! We loved working with her and April. I got to help run the Wedding Dress Fashion Show, the dresses were beautiful. Brandon was their DJ and MC and was fabulous as usual. We played games with the Brides for them to win prizes and a really sweet girl named Krissy won the 3 day 2 night stay in Puerta Vallarta for her Honeymoon. Her fiance is in Afghanistan so she was so excited to be able to tell him. We had a dance instructor do some short dance routines which was fun. The whole day was fun and we hope to work with them again!

Kelly and Angela

So we started out doing this wedding as a commitment ceremony but two weeks ago the law past and they were able to make it legal! Kel and Ang were an absolute pleasure to work with. They made the reception BEAUTIFUL! We did some awesome lighting and it really pulled everything together. They had their ceremony and reception at the Civic Center in West Sacramento. The Wonderful Rachelle with Rachelle Photography was their photographer! She took some awesome pics for us. The caterers were Howe it’s Done Catering and Gloria and Kerry were AWESOME. Kel and Ang had an awesome line of professionals which made the wedding day ROCK! I loved this wedding so very much. Pastor Teri Gunn was their pastor who married them and she is so nice. We have worked with her a handful of times and she always does an awesome job. They had us do lighting and Karaoke which was fun to watch but they also danced, they had lots of dancers! So here are some pictures from Rachelle and their songs:

Sean and Alie

We were able to be back at the wonderful Sun City Lincoln Hills on June 22. We absolutely love Judy! We did Sean and Alie’s wedding, their whole wedding was unique. Christopher Kight was their photographer, he was awesome and sooo fast. Since they were not feeling well it helped with how fast he was and I know he got great shots! Here are a few, the one he does with the bride and groom standing still and everyone blurred it a favorite! They had their Best Man sing during their ceremony and he wrote them a song for part of his toasts so it was nice to be a part of helping it happen. They had a water ceremony where they used crystal glasses and rub the tops to make sounds and then combined into one big glass and made a new sound to represent their lives combined. It was so cute and unique. They love music so it fit. We did some lighting but I didn’t take pictures but it was cute, their colors were hot pink and a mint green. They had a custom introduction into the reception. They had their wedding party introduced in then had a small photo montage and then them introduced in. It helped build the excitement! Then for the Father/Daughter her dad isn’t much of a dancer so he put together a video/photo montage for her and they sat and watched it in the middle of the dance floor during the dance. It fit because he is a sound tech at his church and is into electronics and being behind the scene. We loved being a part of it. And then they took dance lessons for their first dance and nailed it flawlessly. The Bride and Bridesmaids were all sick but they were all troopers! Here were their selections:

They got married at the wonderful Vizcaya June 21 which is always a pleasure to work at. Their Photographer was Larry Scott with Larry Scott Photography who did a wonderful job. We did their wedding June 21 and it was a little hot outside but their guests didn’t seem to mind which was great. Their photographer was Cynthia with Everlasting Images. She was really sweet. We hope to get to know her better. Here are a few pictures of her’s, they are so cute. Their caterers were Buckhorn Catering and they are always Fabulous! We love working with them. For the introduction into the reception they had a Bagpiper, Del Hanson with Sac Piper. It was fun, he is Scottish so the bagpiper was enjoyed by all and their outfits were soooo cute, when we get pics we will add them.
