New Lighting pictures thanks to Rachelle Photography

So we have done a few weddings with Rachelle with Rachelle Photography and she has sent us some new lighting pictures. All of them are at Le Rivage Hotel on the River. We love that Venue and Shannon that is there, she’s the BEST! Enjoy…

Joe and Catherine’s Wine Themed Wedding… so cool!

Joe and Catherine at the Old Sugar Mill

Every wedding we do, their is usually something unique. We get excited about each one of them and they all end up being our favorites. Doing our job NEVER gets old!!! So about Joe and Cathrine, they were married September 5 at the Carvalho’s Family Winery at the Old Sugar Mill. They have had some changes up there and they now have Erin (use to be at Fresh and Quick Catering) and she is so freaking AWESOME! We love love love her. 🙂 Back to our bride and groom, they had Reverend Dr. Rick Tan (which we just worked with his wonderful wife a few wedding ago) and he did a amazing job. He is so nice and so easy to work with. We are for sure adding both of them to our preferred vendor list! During the Ceremony something interesting they did was have a Wine Ceremony where they made promises to each other and drank out of the same couple. They compared their relationship to the bitterness of the wine along with the sweetness (bittersweet). It went great with their Recessional selection of Bittersweet Symphony by Verve. I really liked that it all tied in together.

We also got to work with JR with JR Photography. It’s been awhile but working with him again reminds us how easy he is to work with. We like his pictures of them, they are the ones in this post! Catherine was drop dead gorgeous and Joe and his groomsmen looked really good. 🙂 Another fantastic vendor we got to work with was the talented Dawn with TLC Catering! I love Dawn, she has always done a over the top job. This menu was unique which fit for what Joe and Catherine wanted. The cute cake was done by Baby Cakes Bakery, it was flawless. Flowers were by Twiggs Floral Design. BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL flowers. First time we worked with them but I was impressed. Last we loved their wedding party, the ladies were so sweet and just wanted Catherine to have a fabulous day! We hope she did.

Joe and Catherine were a little quiet at first during our planning sessions but they loosened up and we were able to see their vision. We had a mixed crowd, we got to incorporate some Hispanic music, Joe’s family sure can dance! We had a packed dance floor all night. What a fun wedding! Here’s their song choices:

Scott and Nicolle

I need to find a new way to start my posts. 🙂 So Scott and Nicolle were rockstars! They were married in the hot summer month of August on the 29th. The wedding took place at the oh so wonderful Orchard Creek Lodge at Sun City Lincoln Hills. A few changes happening up there and we got to work with the sweet Shelly. This was our first wedding with her and it was flawless. She helped pull the whole day off!

Scott and Nicolle were so fun to plan with, we love their fun personalities. We got a sneak peak on how awesome their pics were going to be when we made their photo montage for them. The hilarious Beth with True Love Photo did their pics and also did their engagement pics. So we saw how cute the engagement pics were and are on our toes for the wedding pics. Kay and Dwayne’s Delta King Wedding

Kay and Dwayne at the Delta King

Sweet sweet couple, they were married August 15! Kay and Dwayne don’t live locally so all of our planning was email and over the phone. We didn’t get to meet them till their rehearsal! We love the Delta King with Jenny and all her staff so we are always excited to work there but this time was extra fun. Jenny at the Delta King is awesome and sends her brides and grooms to great vendors. Since Kay was out of town it was hard to meet people and chose vendors but it was great Jenny had a wonderful list for her. We had some amazing vendors! The Captain from the Delta King married them which is always fun, he always does a great job! They had a friend play the keyboard for some of the processionals, sounded amazing out there. We also got to work with the fabulous Jennifer and gang from the Memory Journalists. We have seen them around and finally got to work with them! They lived up to their reputation. 🙂 Here are a few pics from them, so beautiful. Also here was their song choices:

Stephen and Raeann’s beautiful wedding at the Ridge!

So I know we have kinda fallen off the face of the earth this last month in a half but we have had lots going on. I am playing catch up so here we go….

Stephen and Raeann at the Ridge Golf Club

What can I say about this couple? We of course loved them because we love them all but they were so great to work with. Stephen and Raeann were married August 8 at the Ridge Golf Club in Auburn, Ca. It was a perfect day for a wedding, not too hot or too cold. These two compliment each other so much. It was like a perfect match. Raeann was so stunning in her dress! Their wedding flowed flawlessly and everything kept moving so quickly, they were ready for dancing! The wedding party was so fun to have there, all so sweet. The bridesmaids meant business with the bouquet toss, they got out knee pads and sneakers, it was hilarious. This wedding was filled with Chocolate cake, Chocolate Fountain, delicious food by the Ridge and a Photo Booth by Fischbein Photography.

We got to work with the awesome Ruby at the Ridge Golf Club and all her amazing staff. We LOVE working there, they are so accommodating and helpful. Our Reverend was Reverend Tan, she did an amazing job. Spoke very clearly and was very beautiful to listen to. We also got to work with a new photographer which his pictures turned out amazing, His name is Scott with Fischbein Photography. He did an beautiful job! Here’s a few of his pics. along with their song choices:
