Sacramento Wedding DJ ~ Rochelle and John {Le Rivage Hotel and Spa}

Sacramento Wedding DJ

Rochelle is the Yang to John’s Yin. We LOVED how much these two complimented each other. Rochelle is outgoing, fun and over the top while John is more reserved. She brings out the fun in him while he brings her to peace and balance. Planning with them and all the options available was so funny. She wanted to do everything and he balanced it out to “just enough”. We cannot tell you how much we loved being a part of Rochelle and John’s special day. Awesome family, friends and wedding party.

These two were married at one of our favorite places, Le Rivage Hotel, Spa La Le and Scott’s Seafood. The staff is always super friendly and helpful; they offer accommodations and of course Spa La Le. The food is always delicious and the presentation is beautiful. We love working here. They have a few different options for your wedding but we had an outside Ceremony (in FEBRUARY) and the reception inside their ballroom. We did some beautiful uplighting, it’s a nice room but the lighting can really transform the feel of a room. We also provided a Photo Booth and designed their background design to match their invitations. Rochelle provided some goofy signs which were a big hit! The weather was perfect, a little chilly but it stayed dried till right after the ceremony. The whole day was just perfect. Thank you Rochelle and John for letting us share in your special day!

Josh and Andrea's Wedding at Le Rivage Hotel

Are their smiles just not contagious?? Josh and Andrea let us be a part of their September wedding last year at Le Rivage Hotel. Perfect weather, perfect bride, perfect groom, perfect photographer, perfect day! Loved working with them. We were able to do some up lighting and ceiling wash in the tent for them. They wanted a nice romantic setting so opted for our soft rose and soft amber lighting options. It was subtle yet romantic. We got to work with the oh so wonderful and lovely Jodi with Jodi Yorston Photography. She was able to capture their personality with their pictures. We think Jodi is awesome and is easy to work with and really makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera! Enjoy her pictures…

Paul and Kelly at Le Rivage

LOVE THEM! This whole family was adorable and sweet, just an all around amazing family!! I skipped a wedding from two weekends ago so look for that post later but I wanted to jump on this wedding. Paul and Kelly were married yesterday July 11 at the Le Rivage Hotel/Scott’s Seafood. We got to work with the oh so Fabulous Rachelle with Rachelle Photography. We have had a lot of weddings together this year and are so happy! She just is amazing!

We didn’t meet Paul and Kelly that long ago but we hit it off right away! They are such wonderful people and so fun to be around. They walk in a room and they lightnen it up. Kelly’s kids Connor and Haylie were the SWEETEST kids I have ever met. So willing to help and so happy for their mom. They gave the sweetest toasts, we are so excited for their whole family.

We did some fun introductions into the reception for all the wedding party which really set the mood for the night. The room looked amazing with the lighting we did and added to the ambiance Kelly wanted. It was so intimate and romantic. Here’s a few pics from the fabulous Rachelle (Here’s her blog for more) and their song choices:

Tent at Le Rivage in Pink

Now this is no Rachelle picture but it let’s you see the ceiling in Pink! (We took it) The walls were green too, but can’t see it here.

We LOVED this couple, sooooo cute and fun! I could go on forever about how wonderful they are but I will refrain. They were a treat to work with and so fun. They were married June 20 at Le Rivage Hotel in their tent outside. It was a beautiful day and great vendors. Shannon at Le Rivage is awesome, we heard over and over about how awesome Scott’s Seafood was (caterer’s with hotel), everyone was talking about it. We also got to work with the phenomenal Rachelle with Rachelle Photography. She got some adorable pictures and captured all the “brightness” of the day. Casey and Chrissy had their Ceremony in the back on the lawn next to the tent and the reception inside the tent. It was a little windy but didn’t blow the happiness of the day away. We did songs for all the wedding party intros which they ate up and had a lot of dancing!! Here’s their songs and some pictures (ok a lot, too many to choose from) from Rachelle, check out her blog for more.
