Bobby and Jessica looking cute

Bobby and Jessica has such a beautiful and romantic wedding. From the flowers and berries to the candles and lighting to the soft color scheme, everything was planned out perfect. Jessica’s father has a berry farm so I thought it was adorable how they tied it into the wedding. Their florist Vicky with Bella Bloom Flowers helped make their theme and ideas come to life through their flowers. She is so sweet and wonderful to work with. She is so creative and her work is some of the best!

The Croatian American Cultural Center where the Reception was held is just beautiful. It is a hidden treasure. Mike Zupan, the owner has done some amazing work in his fairly recent remodel. He can seem a little intimidating but he loves his couples and goes above and beyond trying to make them happy. Plus his displays of food are over the top along with their awesome staff, love working with all of them!

We also got to work with the fabulous Meagan with Christopher Kight Photographers. We just adore her and these pics she shared with us are just gorgeous. Thanks Meagan! I love how she captured the romantic setting of the whole room and her soft pictures, it’s like we are there all over again.

Bobby and Jessica's first dance

Jessica and Bobby are just adorable like I said. All their toasts done by family and friends were just heart touching. You just felt these two are meant for each other (Bobby made me a little teary eyes with his toast). We loved working with the two of them, they had a vision and we were so glad we could be a part of it all. Most of the night was a calm, peaceful and warm. But when dancing started, the rest of the party started. Bobby and Jessica were determined to have a few hours of just dancing, I believe the Reception alone was 7 hours.

FAV! Jessica getting ready for her bouquet toss

We loved their head table, it’s raised up and a perfect focal point for all the guests to see them and their awesome wedding party (they rocked, really great group of friends they have). Mike has an amazing mural behind the head table area and though it is beautiful, it doesn’t always fit with couples themes and decor. When chatting with Jessica and Bobby we went over some different options and decided on pipe and draping behind the head table and add some soft romantic lights to accent it. We love how it turned out!

Game Ball ~ David and Cheyenne Married!

Cheyenne and David in love

Cheyenne and David in love

In the art of Billiards their are so many dynamics and rules that make the game work. One must master both the talents and structure of the game to be able to master the game as a whole. Well for Cheyenne and David they figured them out in the art of Love. Cheyenne coming from a corporate background and David a Professional Pool player, these two seem very different. David has a care-free, easy going personality while Cheyenne is organized, structured and enjoys being a beautiful woman. When the two of them meet I’m sure they didn’t know they would have such a life changing effect on each other.

Cheyenne and her lovely wedding party

Getting to know David and Cheyenne was an absolute joy. Planning with them helped us learn what their priorities were and the overall feel they wanted for their wedding. One of the most important things they wanted was everyone to have fun and laugh. They had one of their good friends Pliny marry them. He was able to incorporate some of David’s cultures from his tribe as well. One of our favorite parts was their vows to each other. They were some of the funniest, light-hearted but intimate vows we have ever heard. Everyone laughed and loved their sense of humor. During that time David and Cheyenne made vows to each others kids to let them know they will always be there for them (insert tears here).

David and Cheyenne were married at Elk Grove Park on Strauss Island and continued to the Reception in the Pavilion. They wanted to incorporate nature with the beautiful tress and wild life around. Since David and Cheyenne live in Wilton on some acreage we thought this fit them perfectly. The wonderful Meagan of Christopher Kight Photographers was their photographer and took these beautiful pictures in this post. Thanks Meagan!

The happy family

The happy family

Our rock star caterers were Nestor and Dawn of TLC Catering. We love working with them and love their “homestyle” food. Plus the staff is always, always awesome. Cheyenne and David have lots of family and friends that love them. During toasts you felt it but of course one of the goals for the night was to be sure we had laughter. David’s mom made sure to give a toast during open mic time and praise her new daughter in law and to mention how “lady-like” Cheyenne was when she met her and now she is one of the hardest workers on the farm and that she may have never mowed a lawn before they met but she can tear up any lawn now. She is now their main mowers on their acres of grass. :)
