First Look

These two are too cute! Their personalities are so fun. Kristen is so spunky and was absolutely gorgeous in her wedding dress! Jake loves her sooo much, it was so enjoyable to watch them interact. That’s why we do what we do, it’s all for love.

These two were married at Whitney Oaks Gold Club. Lindsey there is remarkable. Her and her staff are some of the hardest works we know! Besides, the venue is breath taking. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Jodi from Jodi Yorston Photography. These pictures are spectacular! We love working with Jodi. She knocks everything out in a timely manner but still gets these awesome shots! Thanks Jodi! Jajuan Francis with Design with Florae did a beautiful job with their flowers. The Ceremony set up was so amazing, I wish we had pictures to show you. It added to the gorgeous view from the ballroom at Whitney Oaks. She’s so good at what she does, love her!

When sitting and planning Jake and Kristen we go to know them and their vision of what they wanted for their wedding day. Their main goal was to have fun! Another thing he wanted to do was incorporate his mom but not make a big show of it. So during the ceremony he placed a flower on her seat where she would have been sitting and gave his dad a hug. It was a sweet way to include her since she is no longer with us. They also had Jake’s sister Dana marry them. She was hilarious and really added a personal touch to their wedding. Though we recommend professionals because we have seen weddings with family or friends as the officiant not go great we enjoyed her.

Tyler and Elaina’s Family Affair {Whitney Oaks Golf Club}

Beautiful couple right?? When we met with Tyler and Elaina we hoped they would book us. We fell in love with their relaxed personalities, kindness and overall cuteness. They were married last July at Whitney Oaks Golf Club. Now I often go on about how wonderful vendors are, Brandon calls them my Kamimonies. Well here is my Kamimony of Whitney Oaks: Some of the BEST staff we get to work with. Lindsey there is wonderful to work with. It’s all about the bride and groom and she does an awesome job at making them happy! The serving staff is so friendly and if you have been reading my posts for awhile that’s HUGE to me. Nothing worse then having a cranky staff that you can see it in their facial expressions. Ok end of rant… We also had the pleasure to work with Xsight Photography and Video. They took some adorable engagement shots like the one in this post. We can only imagine how awesome their wedding pictures turned out.

One of our favorite things to do is have our couples do things to customize their wedding so it makes it their wedding and not “just another wedding”. We do simple things and over the top things. It all depends on the couples personalities and the type of wedding they want to share with family and friends. One thing they did was have one of their Groomsmen sing for Communion during the Ceremony. He did a phenomenal job!

Another thing we remember about their wedding was their toasts. They may have seemed lengthy but they were so touching. Tyler and Elaina are so incredibly loved and supported by all their AWESOME family and friends. This wedding was so memorable for us because of the love in the room. Adored, adored, adored them!!

Kyle and Kari

This awesome couple got married May 9th at Whitney Oaks Golf Club. Lindsey there is amazing and so sweet. We loved working with her. Everyone there at the Golf Club were so professional and accommodating. Anything the bride and groom needed they tried their best to get it. Her friend did the flowers and decor, it was very cute but simple. It really fit the day. We loved this wedding. What a great way to start off our May!! Kari made me laugh all day and Kyle was so excited about everything. Him and his groomsmen walked into Sharp Dressed Man by ZZ Top for the Ceremony and he was so excited, it was perfect. You can see his reaction in the pics. Kari and Kyle were so fun and animated, and their photographers really caught every moment. The pictures are gorgeous. Amber and Alan with Artistic Imagery we wonderful. Their pictures were phenomenal. I couldn’t pick just 2 or 3 I had to do 8 so enjoy. Also check out their Blog to see even more.
